Surin Province / Thailand

First Thai purification unit at a local farm near Prasat in the province of Surin.

The unit sources its brackish water supply from the farm pipelines and groundwater resources supported by a solar panel pump.  Located on top of a one-story house, the AquaTube uses gravity to direct contaminated water into the purification unit. Solar energy is collected on average 10 hours/day, delivering enough energy to purify approximately 50 liters of clean drinking water daily.
